11. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SARI Cloud, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the platform.


2. Platform Description

SARI Cloud is an online task marketplace that connects task posters (โ€œClientsโ€) with taskers (โ€œService Providersโ€).

SARI Cloud provides the digital infrastructure only and is not directly involved in task execution.


3. Account Registration & Subscription Plans

To access task bidding and platform benefits, users must activate their account by selecting one of the available subscription plans.

Available Plans

  • Tasks paying up to KES 200
  • 15 bids per 24 hours
  • Withdrawal processing within 72 hours
  • Access to tasks within Kenya only

  • Tasks paying up to KES 1,000
  • 30 bids per 24 hours
  • Withdrawal processing within 12 hours
  • Fast customer support
  • Access to tasks within Africa

  • Tasks paying KES 2,000 and above
  • 50 bids per 24 hours
  • Withdrawal processing within minutes
  • Faster priority customer support
  • Access to tasks worldwide
  • Access to downloadable training resources

4. Activation Fee Policy
  • Activation fees are one-time payments per selected plan.
  • Activation does NOT guarantee task allocation.
  • Activation does NOT guarantee earnings.
  • Access is based on competition, skills, and availability of tasks.
  • Activation fees are strictly non-refundable (see Refund Policy).

Users may upgrade their plan by paying the applicable upgrade fee.


5. Task Budget Restrictions

Users may only apply to tasks within their plan limits:

  • Basic users cannot apply to tasks above KES 200.
  • Standard users cannot apply to tasks above KES 1,000.
  • Premium users may apply to all tasks.

The system automatically restricts access to tasks exceeding a userโ€™s plan.


6. Regional Access Restrictions
  • Basic: Kenya only
  • Standard: Africa only
  • Premium: Worldwide

Users cannot apply for tasks outside their permitted region unless they upgrade.


7. Daily Bid Limits

Each plan includes a daily bid limit:

  • Basic: 15 bids per 24 hours
  • Standard: 30 bids per 24 hours
  • Premium: 50 bids per 24 hours

Attempting to bypass limits may result in suspension.


8. Task Posting & Deposit Requirement

Task posters must deposit the full task budget before publishing a task.

  • Minimum task budget: KES 200
  • Deposits are processed via M-PESA STK Push.
  • Tasks are only visible after deposit confirmation.
  • This ensures taskers are protected and guaranteed payment availability.

9. Payments & Withdrawals
  • Earnings are credited only after task approval.
  • Withdrawals are processed according to plan level timelines.
  • SARI Cloud may deduct service fees where applicable.
  • Payment processing times depend on financial providers (e.g., M-PESA).

10. No Guarantee of Tasks or Earnings

SARI Cloud does NOT guarantee:

  • Selection for tasks
  • Continuous task availability
  • Minimum income
  • Specific earning levels

Users compete based on skill, performance, and availability.


11. User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain account security
  • Avoid fraud or manipulation
  • Respect other users
  • Follow all platform rules

Violation may result in suspension without refund.


12. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of bidding system
  • Harassment
  • Policy violations
  • Attempting to bypass plan restrictions

Activation fees remain non-refundable.


13. Training Resources (Premium Only)

Premium users receive access to downloadable training materials.
These materials:

  • Are for personal use only
  • May not be redistributed
  • Remain property of SARI Cloud

14. Limitation of Liability

SARI Cloud is not liable for:

  • Failure to receive tasks
  • Income expectations not met
  • Disputes between users
  • Loss of business opportunity
  • Payment provider delays

Users agree to use the platform at their own discretion.
