REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: February, 2026


1. Activation Fees (KES 70 / 100 / 150)

All activation fees are strictly non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Basic Plan (KES 70)
  • Standard Plan (KES 100)
  • Premium Plan (KES 150)

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • User does not receive tasks
  • User is not selected for tasks
  • User changes their mind
  • User misunderstands plan limits
  • User is inactive
  • User upgrades and later regrets the upgrade

By completing M-PESA STK payment, you confirm full acceptance of this policy.


2. Task Deposit Refunds (For Task Posters)

Refunds may be considered if:

  • No tasker has been granted the task
  • The task has not started
  • Fraudulent activity is proven
  • The tasker fails to deliver and moderation rules in favor of the poster

Once a task is:

  • Completed
  • Approved
  • Paid to the tasker

The deposit becomes non-refundable.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted when:

  • Work has been delivered and approved
  • Dissatisfaction lacks evidence
  • User violates platform policies
  • Activation fee has been processed successfully

4. Withdrawal Fees

Platform service fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Withdrawal delays caused by payment providers are not grounds for refund.


5. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute:

  1. Both parties must submit evidence.
  2. Moderators review objectively.
  3. A final decision is issued.

Moderation decisions are final.


6. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take several business days depending on payment providers such as M-PESA.
